The Silver Cloud

Circum Alex Dreyfoos, member of the Palm Beach Chapter, is selling his famed 143-ft boat Silver Cloud and he invited Chapter members aboard recently at the Rybovitch Yacht Club in connection with the Palm Beach Boat Show. The Silver Cloud is a SWATH which stands for Small Waterplane Area Twin Hull, an innovative concept for smooth sailing on rough seas. One of Alex’s motivations for building this amazing vessel was to find a way to combat his wife Renate’s seasickness. Following is a link and password to a fascinating video about the Silver Cloud.
