The DC Chapter hosted a luncheon on Saturday, September 21, 2013 in honor of this year’s Dinsmore Grantee Caroline Palmer. Caroline is a senior at Georgetown University and spent her summer studying renewal energy subsides in Ghana, Germany, Denmark, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Japan. After lunch she gave an outstanding presentation highlighting the preliminary findings of her research, as well as several colorful anecdotes from her travels. The Chapter presented Caroline with a set of flags to commemorate her journey this summer.
